Return & Refund Policy

At Marivelle Lane, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made within the United States and is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process should you need to return or exchange an item.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of both defective and non-defective items. Products must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges, provided that the returned item meets the same new condition requirements. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@marivellelane.com within 30 days of delivery. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return label, which you can download and print to ship the product back.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs will be covered by Marivelle Lane, meaning you will not incur any charges for approved returns or exchanges.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

Please note that all refunds are processed in USD. If your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
