Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and must be placed before 17:00 GMT-8 to be included in the same day’s processing cycle. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or during weekends and U.S. public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for handling and preparation. Handling and fulfillment take place exclusively from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Transit and Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier performance. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. When combined with our handling time, the overall estimated delivery period is 6 to 17 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout.

Currency and Payment Notes

All shipping and order costs are processed in USD. If you make a payment using another currency, your financial institution or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
